Brand New Knitters is a beginning knitting class taught by Belinda Batten, aka PNW Yarn Girl. You will learn about different weights of yarn and different styles of knitting. One style will be taught during the class. The project for this class will be a scarf.
At the end of the project you will know how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off.
The class will be held on Wednesday August 12th, 4-6pm. There will be a follow up session on Wednesday August 19th 4-6pm. This is an opportunity to bring your project back, check in with Belinda on your progress, etc. The follow up session is included in the price.
The cost of the class is $25. Materials are not included. You will need 600-700 yards of Worsted weight yarn, and size 7 needles.
